BETH DEWEY // Series Creator
Writer/Director Beth Dewey was born in Alaska and educated at the University of Colorado, Boulder and San Francisco State University.
Her real education came when she started working for Roger Corman on B movies. From there, Beth went on to earn three prime time Emmys in picture editing for her work on the Oscars.
Deeply committed to filmmaking since 1998, Beth has directed several short films, music videos and two micro budget features which have screened at numerous festivals and venues like the American Cinematheque. Her first feature TWEEKED won Best Actress at the Brussels Independent film festival and was nominated for a Prism award. Beth is particularly inspired to make films about the female experience. Most recently, she wrote and directed the narrative feature ERASING EDEN.
Beth is currently in development on the feature project PIMP GIRL about a vigilante who gets power from acts of altruism which conflicts with her agenda of revent. She’s also working as a director for hire on a new tv series for Lifetime.
AMIT BHATTACHARYA // Cinematographer
Amit is a cinematographer who bridges two worlds. He was born in Bethesda, Maryland but grew up in Kolkata, India. An early fascination with cinema and photography led to the Columbia College-Hollywood. He continued his education at The American Film Institute earning a MFA in cinematography. Amit honed his professional skills shooting countless shorts, promos, corporate videos and a stint at Roger Corman’s studio. In a career spanning 20 years and counting, he has 27 feature and made-for-television movies to his credit, working with such Hollywood icons as Faye Dunaway, Dick Van Dyke, Betty White and Ernst Borgnine and many other actors of note. Amit is happiest when manipulating light and shadow to turn word into images.
SHEPHERD STEVENSON // Music
Shepherd Stevenson is a composer and actor living in Los Angeles. Composing credits include the independent feature films Dumped, Tweeked and I Pass for Human. Shepherd also recently co-composed with Dave Kushner, promo interstitials for the ABC drama Revenge, as well as composing for the reality series Restorer Guy.
